Olifant Parents Committee on Wednesday, January 27 2016 was having "Share & Care" program with stimulating topic "How to build quality time with your family." This issue is crucial within parent's limited time in this modern lifestyle.
As parents, assisting a child is one of the highest role and responsibility.
Ms. Sarah as facilitator, she is one of the consultants in Olifant who experienced this issue in education and public service.
She importantly address :
1. Quality is important than quantity
2. All family members must completely developed.
3. Balance between individual and group needs.
4. Quality time can be made in daily activities, whenever and wherever.
5. Assist a child in his growing process.
Ms. Sarah is not only explaining the critical points about building quality time, but also open discussion sesson with attendee about their experience in family life. Attendees are more than happy to share their personal experience to others.
Attendees also get 5 piece of papers to practice quality time at home by : writing important things to be practised together at home. (For example : Don't forget to say I LOVE YOU today, take your time, slow down, etc ..). Then put thoses words in visible places.
