Teaching & Learning Method (with 3E)

Exploration

Enables children to discover new things, new knowledge and understanding through performing, practical daily activities.

 

Enrichment

Integrated with relevant subject matter, this extra curricular program offers a variety of applied activities to enrich student's learning experience.

 

Entrepreneurship

Allows children to build curiosity, perseverance, independence, compassion, and awareness of their surrounding environment.

Grade 1 : 7.30am – 12.30 pm

Grade 2 : 7.30am – 1.00 pm

Grade 3 : 7.30am – 1.30 pm

Grade 4 : 7.30am – 2.00 pm

Grade 5 : 7.30am – 2.00 pm

Grade 6 : 7.30am – 2.00 pm

Level Special Function Programs

Grade 1 : Lock – in

Children spend the night at the school to perform daily activities that are usually done at home.

 

Objective: To encourage students to be brave when in unfamiliar surroundings, teach proper self care and awareness, increase confidence, and promote independence of children.

 

Grade 2 : Show and Tell

Children build self-confidence slowly through the semester by doing in class show and tell, which leads up to a final sharing and story telling in front of friends and parents using ‘special things’ and personal memories they bring from home.                                 

 

Objective: To encourage confidence in speaking in front of people, to encourage stewardship skills, to encourage basic reading, writing and presentation skills, to instill pride in students and parents.

 

Grade 3 : Camping

Children have a camping trip and do activities in a natural environment.                

                                       

Objective: The aim is to build courage, confidence and independence in children while instilling respect, love, appreciation and care for their natural environment.

 

Grade 4 : Laptop

Students receive a school laptop, and go through tech training and certification.        

                      

Objective:  To learn the importance of responsibility while using and caring for technology during the learning and exploration process.

 

Grade 5 : Immersion

Students travel to a foreign country, do a study tour, and become temporarily immersed in the school system and daily life.                             

 

Objective: To Support character development, improve independence, confidence and entrepreneurship skills, inspire scientific knowledge and understanding, Instill confidence, and introduce students to a new life experience in another country and culture

 

Grade 6 : Bimbel (Tutoring)

Special Preparation program for the government’s national exams.                  

                                                               

Objective: to give Intensive academic attention to those students who wish to pass the national exams, and to help students feel confident and comfortable when in testing situations.
